| Kasaopeia will have her hands full with this one, for Ruetha is ridiculously wild and zany. She is full of zeal and energy for life, but it is directed chaotically and without purpose. Like with Liatha, there seems to be very little substance between her ears, but her spastic nature makes her rather less likable. Most people she meets will likely find her overwhelming, especially considering she has little respect for personal boundaries. |
